Store Policies

SHIPPING: I ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Possible carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. It will depend on what is best for the type item being shipped; however, I do try to save you money by using USPS priority mail. If you need something sooner or wish to purchase shipping insurance, please contact me and I can accomodate your request (Priority mail). WRAP IT UP: Please let me know if item you wish to purchase is a gift. I will gift wrap your purchase and/or include a complimentary gift message card. All purchases will be securely packed to ensure they arrive safely.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: Customer Satisfication is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied please contact me prior to returning the item. I do not accept returns unless the item is found to be faulty due to craftmanship. if your ring does not fit, please contact me. It is best to ensure you get proper fitting at jewelry counter before choosing your ring size. I am not responsible for non-delivery or damage during shipping if you choose to have your item shipped without insurance or tracking. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That is the beauty of handmade and handcrafted. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
